BASKETBALL: NBA - BRYON RUSSELL
FORWARD Bryon Russell has signed with Prossin Sports Management Inc. Bryon is a 12 year NBA veteran after being a NBA 2nd round draft pick (45th) by the Utah Jazz in 1993. Bryon's 12 year NBA career saw him play 9 seasons as a key member of the Utah Jazz including 2 NBA finals appearances in 1997 & 1998. He is the career 3 PT% leader for the Utah Jazz. Bryon later went on to play with the Denver Nuggets, Washington Wizards and the LA Lakers with whom he again played in the NBA Finals in 2004.

Russell is best known for hard-nosed defense and excellent shooting. Bryon’s best season was 1999-2000 when he averaged 14.1ppg and 5.2rpg & 39.6 3PT%. From 1997-2000, he played in every regular season game. Bryon Russell’s veteran expertise will prove invaluable for close in-game situations and the development of younger players. "It's the passion that I have for the game," Russell says. "I play every single day. I'm definitely ready to get back in it. My age might say it's different, but at this point and time I'm still looking better than some of the [players] that are out there, in my opinion." Whatever rust Russell may have, the experience of playing in two NBA Finals with the Jazz could make him more appealing. CENTER 6' 09" Former NBA 1st Round draft pick (#22 overall-Phoenix Suns) Center Oliver Miller has signed with Prossin Sports Management Inc. The big "O" has experience as a head coach in the ABA here in the USA, and would like to eventually move permanently into coaching but he would like to play a few more years overseas before that decision is made. Oliver is a veteran of 10 NBA seasons with 493 career games played.

GUARD/FORWARD 6' 04" Combo Guard CJ Massengale has been ripping it up down under in the 2nd league in Australia for 5 years in a row. Last season CJ was named the MVP of the league after leading his team to the Championship title and finishing as the #1 top scorer in the league with 27.7ppg in addition to his 7.7rpg and his 39.3 3PT%.
