If you want to attend a Prossin Sports Combine you are required to submit a completed application along with your payment in one of the formats listed below to Prossin Sports Management Inc. in order to secure your spot before registration is closed. You should also include a copy of your playing profile and links to any online video and a game DVD if you have one. You are encouraged to register well in advance in order to secure your spot at the Combine before registration is closed.
