This team player has a keen sense of the game and what it takes to lead his team to victory.  He has a cunning ability to determine when to execute and when to set his team up to accomplish the overall goal. He is also a player that is effective on offense as well as defense. Mr. Double - Double has established a strong presence as a player whose basketball acumen is a coach’s asset. During the Eurobasket Summer League Richard was the glue in the middle for his team’s championship run. He was excellent on the boards, played great defense and scored in a team sense. Richard runs the floor very well and showed a high basketball IQ which helped his team win the ESL Championship
