SCOUTING REPORT ON JONATHAN WALKER: Right handed guard. Jonathan is an extremely talented scorer. He can score in a variety of ways. His senior year at McMurry he shot 47% from the 3pt line. However, he possesses the ability to post up and can penetrate to the help very well. He is a very explosive scorer. Jonathan is very good in the open court. End line to end line with the ball in his hands, you will not find a player more dangerous. He loves to use body on offense to create space and he creates problems for the defense because of different match-ups. He is a good ball handler that can handle pressure both in the full and half court. On defense, he can guard multiple positions, and he is very good with his hands creating a lot of deflections and steal opportunities. He is a combo guard who can play 1, 2 or 3. A very versatile player who can do it all. Jonathan is dedicated to improving his game. He is a great competitor that works hard every day in practice. He is a cut throat competitor that hates to lose. Jonathan is a mature young man that will be a benefit any organization both on and off the court.
