In 2008 Neil led his team to the league championship as well as the Guatemala Pro Central American Championship and Semi-finals of the Liga Centroamericana. He was selected as the MVP of the Guatemala Pro Central American Championship after leading the tournament in scoring. He totaled 27.0 ppg, 8.3 rpg & 8.7 apg & 2.7 spg on the season.

In 2007 Neil led his team to the league and cup championships (Three championship titles) while scoring 25.6 ppg, 10.3 rpg, 6.2 apg, 3.1 stls, 60.4 2FG%, 44.3 3FG% & 78.6 FT%. Neil Won Championships in 4 of last 6 years and semi-finals in one of the other years. Neil is a very versatile player. He works very hard and has a great attitude. He is an athletic Forward/Guard who loves to penetrate and is good at drawing the defense and creating shots for other shooters. Neil is a Great perimeter player who is good at knocking down the open jumper. He Usually shoots in the high 30's or low 40's percentage from behind the 3 point arc.
